We bought our Home using Patrick and Ruby and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately we had to sell due to change in work. So Ruby and Patrick sold our home that they helped us purchase 16 months ago in only 8 days!!!! We were going to purchase another home and since we were contingent on selling the seller accepted our offer and only gave us 2 weeks to sell ours or they’d look at other offers. And we did!!! Ruby and Patrick did all the behind the scenes work to get our house seen everywhere! 8 days later we were packing and strategizing our move. Ruby’s communication is awesome. We were never in the dark wondering about all the moving pieces and we knew exactly what we needed to know and how to be proactive during this stressful time. I really feel as though Ruby is a guardian angel, with a positive outlook, always looking out for our best interest first. That’s huge because not everyone cares about that part.
