Black Lake is not age restricted with the exception of the area known as The Legends, which is a 55+ age restricted.
A secluded resort that is centrally located, Black Lake is just a 6-mile drive north to Arroyo Grande and the Five Cities, and a 15-minute drive south to Santa Maria. The 4000 sq, ft. Resort Center features a multi-purpose room used for catering to events, and a restaurant that offers relaxed dining, and provides catering. 
During the summer months, there are weekly free music concerts featuring live bands for those who like to dance in the park or just kick back and listen.
