I'm not easy to impress. Frankly, most businesses and service providers disappoint me in one way or another. In my career, I have to be brutally nitpicky and frankly, most folks don't measure up. I have to say, I was impressed in every way with the Raymond's. Our house search took over 6 months from the time we expressed interest to the time we found "The One". We looked at dozens of houses over that time, and they were always helpful and flexible with showings and market comparisons. They are very in-touch with the market and financing requirements and answered my constant (really: several times a day) stream of emails with questions.
